Terms and Conditions

We print our resources to order, so when ordering please check that you have -

• specified the correct language
• chosen the correct product size
• not re-ordered an item you already have

Order carefully as we will only exchange or refund an item if it is faulty, but not if you change your mind.

Pricing is in Australian dollars. Tax (GST) wil only be applied to Australian residents. Any fees incurred for payment of international orders in Australian dollars to be borne by the customer.

 

How To Return Items

1. Call us on 1300 724 714 or email
2. We will email or post a return label.
   If there is a cost difference we will also send an amended invoice or receipt of any charge or refund.
   Please note that if the return is deemed not to be due to a mistake or manufacturing fault on our part, we reserve the right to charge the cost of the return postage.
3. Pack the goods so to minimise risk of damage in transit. Use the original packaging if you are able. Remove any address labels on the packaging and place the return label on the package.
4. Send it back to us by placing in an Auspost letterbox or take it into your post office.
5. If you are exchanging goods, once we have received your return, we will send the replacements.

 

Shipping Information

LTA Education uses Australia Post's eParcel service exclusively for our shipping.

Delivery time vary depending on location. Please allow up to 20 business days from the time your order is placed.

All parcels are tracked from our door to the delivery location. If you need to track you parcel, please contact us and we will find it for you!
